GPS location data during animal catching and release

Operational records related to sterilization, vaccination, and release
Device information such as device model, OS version, and IP address

To manage and track animal care operations
To maintain accurate municipal records
To generate official reports and audit logs
To ensure humane and location-accurate animal release
To improve system functionality and reliability
To send operational notifications and alerts
