The App is developed by ALTIMATE INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED exclusively for use by authorized officials of the Veterinary Health Department, Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM), including ABC Centre managers, field operators, and municipal officials.

1. Information We Collect

• Name, mobile number, official email address, and designation.
• Login credentials for authorized access.
• GPS location data during animal catching, transportation, and release.
• Background location data while an authorized field operator is active, to accurately record animal movement, capture locations, transportation routes, and release locations.
• Photographs captured during field operations.
• Operational records related to sterilization, vaccination, treatment, and animal release.
• Device information, including device model, operating system version, application version, and IP address.

2. Background Location Tracking

The App may collect location information while running in the foreground or background during active field assignments. Background location is used only for official municipal operations to:

• Track authorized animal-catching activities.
• Record transportation routes.
• Verify accurate animal release locations.
• Maintain official operational records.
• Ensure transparency, accountability, and audit compliance.

Background location is collected only when required for official work and is not used for advertising, marketing, or personal profiling.

3. How We Use the Information

• Manage and monitor animal care operations.
• Maintain official municipal records.
• Generate operational reports and audit logs.
• Verify humane and location-accurate animal release.
• Improve application performance and reliability.
• Send operational notifications and alerts.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared only with authorized municipal departments, veterinary authorities, and government agencies, or where required by applicable law.

7. App Permissions

• Location (Foreground) – To record GPS coordinates during field activities.
• Location (Background) – To continue recording location during active animal catching and release operations, even when the application is minimized.
• Camera – To capture photographs of animals and operational activities.
• Storage – To securely store images and operational records.
• Internet – To synchronize data securely with municipal servers.

8. Children's Privacy

This application is intended solely for official government use and is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
